However, due to the high cost of plastic packaging and logistical challenges in distribution across mountainous terrains, there is a growing industrial pivot toward the eco warrior shampoo bar. This shift reduces reliance on imported plastic polymers and optimizes transport volume.
The local climate, characterized by harsh winters and dry air, often leads to scalp irritation. Consequently, there is an increasing demand for specialized formulations such as milk and honey shampoo bars that provide intense hydration and lipid replenishment, moving away from harsh synthetic surfactants used in traditional industrial soaps.
Current manufacturing facilities are upgrading from batch mixing to continuous extrusion processes. This allows for the production of high-density shampoo gem bars, which offer a longer shelf life and higher active ingredient concentration, aligning with the national goal of self-reliance in fine chemical production.
